Counterpoint Japan Turtle Salt Pepper Shakers Ceramic Speckled Tortoise Set
This matching pair of ceramic turtle salt and pepper shakers from Counterpoint San Francisco serves up a delightful mid-century kitsch or cottagecore kitchen aesthetic. Handcrafted in Japan, the stylized ceramic tortoise figurines feature a charming textured speckle stoneware body. One turtle displays a warm tan shell, while the other features an oatmeal cream colorway, both intricately detailed with dark hand-painted geometric shell panels.
The bottom bases retain their authentic paper Counterpoint Japan manufacturing labels alongside dual fill holes equipped with tight, original translucent plastic stoppers. A perfect functional novelty set to anchor a retro dinette arrangement or accent a curiosity collection display.
