Please don’t overlook this very detailed, well executed, cold- painted bronze figure of a donkey was created with the figure of a chicken on its back; however, with age, the chicken has fallen off. See the close up photo of the back of the donkey. I did not attempt to have it repaired— the donkey is a wonderful stand alone figure. The chicken ( placed on the ground) has the potential to be remounted. Price of this wonderful work has been reduced commensurate with possible remount of the chicken. The detail of each rib of the donkey, the creation of his ears and carefully sculpted legs make this an unusual figure. Note the cat, with arched back beside the donkey. This small work tells a story.Size: Horizontal 6 inches x Vertical 2 3/4 inches
