this is a neat bell. i\'ve tried to research the bell, but can\'t find another bell like this one, so it might be rare. the item is cast iron. the handle is 2 girls that are touching one hand. there is some chinese writing on both sides just below the feet, and it looks like it is different on each side. the outside looks great it may be coated. the inside of the ringer area has rust. it looks like the ringer chain has been replace it also looks like it is aluminum or galvanized steel. the ringer ball is a little rusted and is cast iron. size of the bell is 2 inches wide, and 5.75 inches tall. i\'m not sure of the age, so you really are on your own with this item.
