Latigo, on the Loping Quarter horse mold was introduced in 2013 as part of Breyer’s Premier Collection. He is one of only 753 made. He comes with his box, COA and velvet pony pouch.
Sculpted by Sommer Prosser he is Breyer mold # 728.
This Latigo is in great condition and has very pretty tone variations in his coloring. I see no sloppy paint flaws, but there are a few less than perfect filings and seams at his mane and on his face. From looking at other listings of him, these seem normal factory imperfections. I have tried to clearly show the areas because I don’t want anyone to be unhappy with their new horse. The photos don’t show how pretty he is-it was a gloomy day and I couldn’t get the lighting good enough to show the depth of his colors.
He has been displayed and so any small flecks you see are magnified dust particles that seemed impossible to get all off! Remember, you are looking at computer magnified images; when just looking at him he is not dusty!
The box is in good condition with two small tears at the top-see the photos.
He is carefully triple bubble wrapped-legs, tail, ear hood and then the box wrapped too. So if you get this horse, take the time to carefully unpackaged him as he is perfect!
