This is an unusual and significant collection of Pennsylvania political history spanning the years 1947 through 1979 - includes the Agnes Flood and the Three Mile Island Accident. These are programs and dinner menus from the Pennsylvania Legislative Correspondents Association, the oldest state house press corps in America). It includes William Penn’s Almanac and events at the Pennsylvania Legislative Correspondents Penn Harris Hotel and also Penn Harris Motor Lodge. Note that the 1959 event is a photocopy of an original program but all other materials and years are original and intact and good, clean, odour-free condition. A rare opportunity to acquire this type of Harrisburg and Pennsylvania history where the press corps and politicians come together for a great night, their Birnnial Dinner and Gridiron Show!

Fresh from the estate of a former state representative who collected these.
