Cleaned and well-preserved. The natural horsehair bristles are remarkably full, unbroken, and straight. The celluloid handle is physically solid with no cracks or structural chips, enhanced by a dark factory accent wax highlighting the ornate relief crevices. A wonderful crossover piece for collectors of antique tableware, Victorian household items, or vintage celluloid decor. Please review all high-resolution photos for exact details.
