Offered to you is this real photo of a city neighborhood in Jacksonville, Florida. The street is Park Avenue. On the back of the card it is written, "Park Avenue is one of the most beautiful drives, and is so called because it runs parallel with Riverside Park. It is bordered on both sides with fine old trees, from the branches of many of which is a natural growth of moss that gracefully sways with each passing breeze. "
I am not a postcard expert. I will list what I see: there is a small tear at the bottom of the card--maybe 1/8 of an inch. The bottom right corner has a brown spot on it. There is a small brown stain where the writing goes. There are some spots on the lower right of the picture that looks like the color is missing.
