Antique 1925 Buzza-Craftacres “Playing the Game” Framed Motto Print
Charming original antique framed motto print published by The Buzza Company / Buzza-Craftacres of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The piece features a colorful nautical scene with sailboats above “Playing the Game,” the inspirational verse by J. B. Downie. The Buzza Company published this motto in 1925.

This is an attractive piece of 1920s American decorative art combining nautical imagery with an inspirational message about character and sportsmanship. A nice collectible for a Buzza motto collection, nautical display, office, study, game room or vintage wall-art collection.
The piece shows age-related wear, including toning and marks to the paper, frame wear, handwritten pencil/graphite markings on the reverse, and wear/separation to portions of the backing and corners. These areas are photographed closely.
