Purchased at a local estate sale along with another similar lamp I will be listing today . This lamp looks very nice with normal patina to lamp as shown in the photos . There is a very minor chip in the shade as I pointed out . The chip is only on the inside edge of the shade . It does not go all the way through . A tiny dab of tree colored paint would hide it very well if desired , to blend in with the landscape painting . One other thing to mention is that one of the pull chains does not move , So that light always stays on , meaning you would just unplug the lamp when you want to turn it completely off . This is an easy fix if you just replace one of the sockets . They are pretty basic . Normal patina to lamp and shade from age . It’s over 100 years old . I condemn the base a few letters and/or numbers under the round disc with holes . I took some photos of this as well . Probably the makers name I would guess . I think the “C” Is part of the Company word . The lamp to the top of the finial measures about 23 inches tall , and the shade is about 16 inches in diameter . The cord is about 5 feet long and has a few areas of outer fraying , not going under the outer layer affecting anything . I plug it in and unplug it and it works fine , but you may want to replace the cord at some point for safety reasons . I will use plenty of bubble wrap for shipping . Please view my other sales as well .
