This is a wonderful piece of early 20th century New York hotel history and original hotel Knickerbocker porcelain match stand dating to 1914 the piece features the hotel Knickerbocker crest in gold on the front and back in elegant gold trend around the base and a bright match holder, all of which are still very detailed in an excellent condition. The underside is clearly marked.:
