This is an antique souvenir "Washington Album" book published by John F. Jarvis in 1890, featuring printed lithograph views of Washington, D.C. This copy includes all 30 pages and each page is fully intact without any obvious damage.
This book gives an amazing historical representation of Washington DC in 1890 along with great captions about each building.
The binding is in pretty good condition with a little bit coming apart on the inside. See photos.
The front and back cover have some limited shelf wear shown in the photos. Gold lettering on the cover is still very bright. Overall this book has held up well for the age.
