Alice in Chains Signed OtterBox Phone Case? William DuVall & Sean Kinney | Found in a Closet Clean-Out Sale
Here\'s the honest story behind this item:
I bought this for $5 from a closet clean-out/yard-sale style sales site. The seller wasn\'t running an autograph business, wasn\'t a memorabilia dealer, and wasn\'t trying to cash in on rock collectibles.
He was simply cleaning out old belongings and listed the phone case with this description:
\"I got this signed by William DuVall and Sean Kinney at Taft Theater in 2016 in Cincinnati Ohio! One of the best shows of my life. I\'ve since moved on from the phone that wore this case but I\'m sure someone would appreciate the signatures!\"
For five bucks, I figured it was worth taking a chance.
What you\'re looking at is an OtterBox Rugged Shockproof phone case (Gray/Blue, MPN 6830A) that appears to have been signed by William DuVall and Sean Kinney of Alice in Chains.
I cannot guarantee authenticity because I was not present when it was signed and I do not have a COA. What I do have is the original owner\'s account of where and when he obtained the signatures.
The way I see it, somebody cleaning out a closet let this go for five dollars because it was just an old phone case to them. To an Alice in Chains fan, however, it could be a unique piece of concert memorabilia with a great story behind it.

Maybe it\'s just a used OtterBox.
Maybe it\'s an overlooked piece of Alice in Chains history from a fan who attended one of the band\'s 2016 shows at Cincinnati\'s Taft Theatre.
