SHIPPING USING THE ENVELOPE SERVICE -We offer a low-cost/free shipping option on some items that does not provide the same tracking service as other USPS products. Delivery can take 2 to 40 days. If the very slow delivery time or lack of tracking is an issue for you, select the “Ground Advantage” shipping option. It typically takes much longer for delivery than displays. Do not use this option if you need the item quickly. This is not a good option if you are not sure how fast previous orders shipped using an envelope arrived at your address> The delivery time may depend on how busy your local USPS sorting center is. Some customers we have shipped to have reported that it took 30 to 40 days to deliver, when posted 5 days.
DELIVERY NOTE - If USPS tracking for an envelope shows your parcel as delivered, but it wasn't, it is best to wait a few days for the delivery to occur. From time to time, buyers have contacted me about this issue. I believe this happens when the carrier delivers to the wrong address, and the recipient returns it to the carrier for proper delivery. If this does not work out, the next step is to file a missing package report with the USPS. The USPS appears able to determine the address of misdelivered packages based on the timing and order of scans.
ASK BEFORE YOU BUY -It is expensive to handle returns, and many of the parts sold look similar or may require skills to install. Some items sold may require the buyer to hire a service professional to install them.
