ANTIQUE DUCK BIRD DECOY 19/20th C - WOOD - FOLK ART - ORIGINAL PAINT - FRANCE
Early hand painted and hand carved bird and duck decoy. Original Paint.
Great colors and patina for this very early decoy. I have no idea to what extent these were actually used. They are in very good shape with visible signs of wear.
Estimated age late 19th to early 20th Century judging from other examples I have seen.
Originally purchased from an antique dealer in Switzerland who stated they were of French origin.
Approximate Size: 14\" Long x 6.5\" High x 4\" Wide
