.Note- All items are carefully packaged and fully insured for the full purchase price when shipped. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit, please note that this must be handled as a shipping insurance claim rather than an return, and I will assist you with the claims process as needed. Most of the pieces I sell are vintage or antique, which means they may show normal age-appropriate wear; any significant or explicit damage will always be clearly disclosed in the listing. Returns are not normally accepted unless the item explicitly does not match the listing description or pictures. Listing pictures serve as an extension of the item description and show its condition.
