A Jedi Comes Into His Own
Gone is the uncertain farm boy staring toward the twin suns of Tatooine.
This isLuke Skywalker as a Jedi.
Veteran Star Wars sketch artistPatricia Rosscaptures Luke in a striking full-color portrait reminiscent of hisReturn of the Jediappearance. Dressed in black and set against a cool blue background, Luke's expression reflects the confidence and resolve of the Jedi who walked willingly into Jabba's palace, confronted Darth Vader, and ultimately faced Emperor Palpatine himself.
The portrait fills nearly the entire card, with Ross using strong contrast between Luke's dark clothing, lighter complexion and vivid blue eyes to immediately draw attention to the character.
The reverse bears theTopps Certified Autograph Issuedesignation and Patricia Ross's hand-signed artist signature, authenticating the original sketch.
For collectors ofLuke Skywalker, Original Trilogy characters, Patricia Ross artwork, or original Topps Star Wars sketches, this is a distinctive piece from the newly released2026 Topps Chrome Star Warsset.
