• You’ll find the estimated shipping cost in the "Shipping, returns, and payments" section of every listing. The final shipping cost will be confirmed at checkout.
• You will also see an estimate of customs and import charges. You'll pay for any applicable customs charges, import fees, or taxes either at checkout or when your item arrives.
• It is your responsibility as the buyer to check which customs and import charges may apply and to pay them. You can check with your country's customs office for more specific details.
• We do not mark merchandise values below their actual value or mark items as "gifts". U.S. and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.
• New products are often subject to embargos strictly enforced by the individual manufacturer. Due to contractual agreements with these manufacturers, we are restricted from shipping some products to specific regions. New Upper Deck releases cannot be shipped to Canada for the first full calendar year of their release or sold to resellers until 90 days after release. We are prohibited from shipping new Panini Basketball releases to Asia for the first two years following their release date. We are unable to ship any Wizards of the Coast products to any location outside of the United States.

• Is this an authentic or replica helmet?
  • If it does not have the word "authentic" in the listing title, then it is not an authentic helmet.
• Will I receive the exact item shown in the image if you have multiples available?
  • For most memorabilia orders, you will not receive the exact piece used as an example in the listing image. The item that you receive will be nearly identical, as good, or better.
  • For trading card orders, you may not receive the exact card shown if multiple are available OR the card does not opt into 's authentication. We would pull the best remaining card from our stock to fulfill each order. Any graded cards will have the same overall condition grade as noted in the listing.
• Can you tell me the COA (certificate of authenticity) number on the item I would receive?
  • We do not provide individual COA numbers, or photos of each available item. Most of our memorabilia is listed with multiples available, so this is not practical to do for every request that we receive.

• Why does tracking show my package being delivered to a different address/state?
  • If you purchased an item that was eligible for 's Authenticity Guarantee Program, it must be shipped to one of 's authenticity centers. They will ship your item to you after they complete the authentication process. This applies to most trading cards valued at $250 or more.
• Can I upgrade my shipping to a faster service?
  • We do not offer expedited shipping options on . Some orders may ship through a faster service by default, at no additional cost.
• Can I request a specific carrier or shipping service?
  • We will choose the appropriate carrier and service based on your order and location.
