WHAT YOU ARE BUYING/offerDING ON
#50187
Pair of vintage Chinese Export Chinoiserie porcelain temple vase or ginger jar table lamps from Macau. Showcasing a vibrant, highly detailed design rich in traditional motifs. Each lamp features a prominent baluster-shaped body finished in a striking royal blue glaze, intricately scattered with white and pink plum blossom accents. The primary focus points are the large, hand-painted orange window medallions displaying a classic Famille Rose palette filled with blooming peonies, chrysanthemums, and perching songbirds. Adding exceptional sculptural detail, the necks are flanked by pairs of molded porcelain Foo Dog or Chilong dragon handles looking toward one another. The lower bases are decorated with a traditional pink and yellow geometric petal border, sitting securely atop custom sculpted dark wood ruyi-cloud display plinths. Topped with white pleated fabric empire shades and matching brass cone finials, this stately pair serves as an excellent centerpiece for a formal console table, buffet, or living room layout. Marked Made in Macau along underside.
