This is a 1998 vintage Harley Davidson HD-4 liner lock pocketknife. Besides being memorabilia, it is actually a well-made and very functional pocketknife. It has a partially serrated matte finished hardened 440 stainless-steel blade between 3\" and 3.25\" long (including the ricasso) heat treated to a hardness in the vicinity of 50 to 55 HRC. I believe the handle is aluminum with plastic inlays. It has been lightly cleaned but not polished and lightly oiled with Japanese camellia oil made for knife and tool maintenance. The knife is in very good condition overall with only modest wear including very light edge wear. It has a slight deviation of the tip (as shown). I am unsure whether that is a manufacturing flaw or a minor bend. The lockup is very tight with hardly any blade play in the locked position. Any further maintenance is left up to the buyer.
