Beautiful original Chrysler piece was part of the Historical Art Print series produced by Chrysler Marketing in the early 1990's, and distributed to dealers through the Mopar Parts Division. Each lithograph was created from original signed hand-paintedairbrushedartwork, illustrated with gouache paint. Film positive negatives were used for the plates, and a varnish was applied over the printed areas. Artists featured were Kevin Yeszin, Paul LaMontagne, and Mike Maher. We obtained these lithographs directly from one of the artists.
Lithograph measures a large 11 X 14", produced on heavy weight textured art paper. In perfect MINT condition, just the way it was made decades ago. This is a standard frame size, and this would look fabulous framed!
The Polara had a restyled front end for '64. The '63 Chrysler Turbine Car influenced the headlight styling. Polara was offered with the poly-head 318; a 383 2-BBL or 4-BBL; and a 426 Wedge. Dodge also offered a 426 Hemi Charger engine. With dual 4-BBL carbs, this engine put out a whopping 425 HP. Artist: Kevin Yeszin.
