Your key tag is from The Jockey Club Miami, a luxury waterfront hotel and residential club that opened in the early 1960s on Biscayne Bay in Miami. It catered to affluent winter visitors and long-stay guests during Miami’s postwar resort boom.

Gold foil stamping — is typical of 1960s–1970s American hotel keys. The brass key itself appears to be a period original paired with the tag.

Symbol on the reverse

The circular emblem shows a mix of leisure symbols:

• Sailboat → yachting / marina lifestyle

• Sunburst → Florida sunshine

• Helmeted figure → classical/club crest styling

• Tennis racquet → resort sports amenities

These were meant to signal a full luxury club experience rather than just lodging
