Two broadcast cameras stand outdoors with a crew and a crowd, which reads as a live television show rather than a single ceremonial snapshot. The nearer camera carries the RCA logotype and the bulk of a TK-series field camera, with the operator at the controls on a raised platform. A second camera is with the crew. Onlookers in late-1950s or early-1960s clothes fill the foreground. Open pavement and a low modern building sit behind the platform. The verso is Kodak paper, stamped 205E.
