Heflin of Sonora, Texas turned inventor and built a small car so he could save tires and gasoline. He purchased a motorcycle motor, six bicycle tires and tubes and started to work. The car is about seven feet long and has a average speed o 50-miles-per-hour, 45-miles on a gallon of gasoline and weighs 515 pounds. Looks pretty good too.
