1939 FORD MERCURY Hubcap These were put on only a few of the first few 1939 Mercury\'s before
Henry said NO. Henry told Edsel that if it were a Mercury, it was not to carry the FORD name also.
Ford was Ford and Mercury was Mercury.
So, this is an item that there was not many of, just a few cars rolled off the assembly line bearing this
hubcap beforestopped by Henry.
It is in pristine condition except for the painted names on the front.
The base is a dark blue color. This has been hung onto for many, many years, as a collector item.
(The FLAT $40.00 Cost of the Shipping INCLUDES the Insurance) Adjusted, if necessary.
