This is an original N.O.S. set of 2 headlight bulbs that my catalog says are original 6-volt bulbs for the vehicles in the title. No matter which manufacturer produced these, the number doesn't change, and I have at least 3 different brands of these: General Electric, Dura, Tung Sol. You'll be getting a pair of the same brand, whatever is here.
At about $8 bucks each delivered to your door, you can have these as extras and never worry about sudden burn out again. Plus, these new ones might be brighter than your old ones.
NOTE: Two bulbs may both have sleeves OR one of the two won't because so many of these sleeves are disintegrating. But the bulbs are as new even though they are probably 65 to 80 years old. Just wire brush the terminals and install.
