The document details transportation arrangements over connecting lines including the Shreveport & Cotton Belt Railroad. It features typed and handwritten entries, including shipment weight data verified by the Southern Weighing & Inspection Bureau (gross 42,200 lbs, tare 4,000 lbs, net 38,200 lbs). Stamped “ORIGINAL”, with a printed tariff rate of 30¢ per hundredweight, and signed by the railway agent. A fine example of early 20th-century freight documentation, illustrating the contractual and logistical practices of rail commerce during the Queen & Crescent Route era.
