This is a very rare original Set, including 9 out of the 10 original colored 1893 Worlds Columbian Exposition 1c Postal Cards, printed in Chicago by Lithographer Charles W. Goldsmith, specifically for sale at the Columbian Exposition. Only one card, depicting the Fine Arts Building, is not included. The 1c cards are Scott # UX10 with image of Ulysses S. Grant. There are no writings or stains on any of the 9 cards. A beautiful collector's set. The 9 cards are in the original wrapper. The back of the wrapper has a hand-written date near the bottom of "Aug '93". Please review the images thoroughly, showing the front and back of the cards and the wrapper, including closeup view of the "Manufacturers and Liberal Arts Building".

Thank You
