Beautiful and unusual 12-inch celadon vase featuring a graceful six-lobed (ruffled) rim, finely incised scrolling decoration, and a distinctive applied relief mask on the shoulder.
I have not been able to identify another example exactly like this one. It is currently unattributed, and I have not found a maker\'s mark or label. Collectors are encouraged to examine the photographs and draw their own conclusions regarding its age and origin.
