We must receive the item back within 30 days of receipt and the item must be in the exact same condition as it was received - if new in box or new with tags, the item must remain new in the box with no signs of use and all tags attached with no signs of removal.
If the item is returned in with signs of opening or removal, we will only refund UP TO (condition dependent) 50% of the sale price not including shipping.
