You are offerding on one lot of two keyhole style lever caps for Ohio Tool Company Number 04 or 05 or similar wood planes as pictured.
To be clear, neither cap is marked.But looking at the pattern on the keyhole and the location and shape of the spring, as viewed from the backside, they both appear to be Ohio caps.
The nominal width of each cap is 2\".
Both caps will benefit from a cleaning.
Included are:
--- the cap on the left in the first picture which has an overall length of about 4-7/8\".Condition is fair, with lots of scattered rust and pitting on the front side and on the edges. The back side has a bit of pitting on the spring, and has quite a bit of pitting or casting roughness on the body. The lower edge doesn\'t have any chips, but looks like it has been neatly ground down or rounded off.
--- the cap on the right in the first picture which has an overall length of about 5-1/16\". Condition is good, except for the chip in the lower corner. The front side has some little bits of scattered rust and dirt, and the back side has some dirt and casting roughness. The lower edge has some tiny tiny chips in addition to the one large chip, and I think it has been lightly ground down.

USPS POSTAGE RATE INCREASES: I use the Post Office for everything, and yes, the shipping charges just keep going up and up. The Post Office now has several prices increases during each year, raising a few things but not everything at each increase. And they now raise their rates during the Holidays, which means early October to late January. Their big increases are in January, timed to start at the end of the Holiday rates, and this year is no exception. And it\'s not just the postage rates, the insurance charges and the delivery signature charges have also gone up. There is now a surcharge for Priority Mail packages over 20\" long, and another for Priority Mail packages over 30\" long, because those longer packages won\'t fit in their automatic machines. And the Post Office has discontinued the Regional Flat Rate boxes, which were often less expensive for certain sizes and weights.I try to pick the best shipping option for each listing, based both on what is the least expensive and on what I think is needed to protect the item. If the value is $250 or over, requires your signature at delivery for the buyer and seller protections to be in effect.
SALES TAX: Interstate sales tax is now the reality on all the major selling websites including .
