Upon examining the item upon receipt, I observed a discrepancy compared to another item of a simulator title that I received. Microsoft includes a security tag on products. However, this particular item appears to have been repackaged. I have attempted to contact the seller, but there has been no response from their end. Consequently, I'm sure such as not in the state that they sent it. I am now stuck with it. I would have been okay with a partial refund. I was charged a price that was "NEW"
