Received different item than was pictured, received item with damage that was not specified in the listing. seller refuses to accept responsibility for this and refuses to pay for return shipping and refund. In my opinion this is a disingenuous seller that shows pictures of one item and ships you another. Buyer beware! avoid at all cost literally!

We offered repeatedly to take the item We offered a return in accordance with our posted policies. You threatened negative feedback if we did not violate our policies. We explained that we literally sell hundreds of those shoulder harnesses across numerous platforms and even the listing you purchased from had 17 sold in the last several weeks. The listing also annotated the professional repairs that you are showing in bold at the top. You never requested a return. Some people can't be pleased.
