Up for sale is X-Factor #31 and it\'s in very fine/near mint condition. I have graded this to the best of my ability using over 25 years of experience. I firmly believe in keeping my customers happy, so if you have any problems with your purchase please contact me so I can make it right.

All comics arrive bagged and boarded.These are not stock photos, they are actual scans of the comic you will receive.

Shipping: Shipping in the United States is as follows:

1. Orders totaling $1- $39 are capped at a flat-rate of $3.99 for standard shipping.
2. Orders totaling $40 and over ship for free within the United States!
3. Shipping for action figures is a flat-rate of $4.95 for First Class.
   

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

1. Please refer to the shipping tab at the top of the listing for quotes to your country. I do combine international shipping. Please note we do not ship toys and action figures internationally or to Canada.
   

The condition you buy your comic in is the way you will receive it. All of our comics are shipped sandwiched between two over-sized pieces of sturdy cardboard to ensure your purchase arrives safely.

**Comic has not been graded by Third Party Graders (i.e. CGC,CBCS,etc.). All grades are based solely on my opinion and 25 years worth of experience. Very rarely will we list anything above a 9.2. That doesn\'t mean that all the 9.2\'s are a NM-, some do grade higher. We just want to make sure you are happy with your comics so most near mint comics in our store are listed as 9.2 NM-.**
