Very Rare Vintage Exclusive Police DARE Program Instructor Men’s XL Jacket. Law Enforcement DARE instructors issued and the only ones able to wear this jacket in the late 1980’s. I got this when I started teaching program but never worn it because it was a little big for me. I stored it in a plastic tote in a pet and smoke free environment the last 30 years. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail or FedEx.
