This piece is in good overall condition considering it's age of 90 years. It is signed "gehel 33" (1933). It has some damage to the stone including a chip under the tail, a ding on the corner, and some rubs on the bird. Please look carefully at the photos as this is shown. I am unable to find any further info about the artist.
