We’ve been earning a living selling on since 2016 bysourcing, hand selecting, and buying quality items for you to purchasein our store. You may not be aware of the cost, time, and work that goes intorunning an business and selling items online. We clean and refresh allitems; take measurements and photographs of each item; and create the listingincluding researching the item and writing a description. We then carefullypack the item using quality packing material which we purchase, and thendeliver your package to the post office. We also take time to provide good customerservice by communicating with our customers, answering questions, resolvingissues, etc. All of this involves out-of-pocket expenses, including cost ofgoods, selling fees, packing material, and of course, our time.

OURPRICES: We know as a buyer the perceived value of anitem you want to purchase on has a great impact on your purchasingdecision. When pricing our items, we consider many factors to value our itemsat a fair market price according to its quality, brand, beauty, condition,uniqueness, demand, and other similar factors The items we sell arepreowned/gently used, vintage, and preowned in new, unused condition with Tags.We also must build a fair profit into our prices to cover our costs, expenses, andlabor. We realize that price is important and try to always price our itemsfairly and competitively; however, we will understand if our prices are notright for you.

QUALITY CONTROL: Weinspect all items we sell 3 times – 1) when we purchase it; 2) prior to listingit for sale; and 3) prior to shipping it out.We will notify you of any changein the item’s condition prior to shipping the item to you and give you theopportunity to decide if you still want the item or if you want to cancel theorder.

QUALITY MERCHANDISE: We take pride in the merchandise we offer forsale and HAND SELECT each item we sell for its best use, highest quality,beauty, uniqueness, rarity, desirability, value, and overall condition. Rarely do we sell items that are ripped,torn, stained, chipped, cracked, damaged, etc., unless the flaw is soslight that it does not detract from its beauty or functionality or is deemedsafe to use. We will disclose any known flaws in the condition description andprovide photos. We will also mark “As is” in the Title. Pleasesee “Preowned Condition” for more details.

CONDITION:Most items wesell are pre-owned, gently used or vintage(20 years or older) and may have slight imperfections or light wear and teardue to age or prior use. Some items we sell although preowned are in like-newcondition. We will describe the item’s condition “as we see it” at the time welisted it to the best of our ability and knowledge and will provide photos;however, we may not capture everything exactly. Items that have slightimperfections or flaws, will be disclosed in the listing’s Condition Notes, andhave “As Is” included in the Title. We dowash, iron, clean, dust, sterilize, freshen, polish, etc. most of the items wesell, when it is safe to do so, prior to listing and shipping. Some vintageitems we leave alone and sell “as they are”. Please see “Quality Control” for details.

AGE:Age will belisted if known. If not, then if the listing says “vintage”, we presume it tobe 20 years old or older (before 2003). If it does not say “vintage”, then wepresume it to be less than 20 years old (2003 to present).

JEWELRY: Most of our jewelry for sale is preownedcostume/fashion jewelry; contemporary or vintage. We hand select each piece forits beauty, condition, and best quality for what it is. Some pieces are marked;most are not. We test, research, and clean the jewelry (if needed). We are notjewelry experts but are learning! We know some things about some jewelry butnot all things about all jewelry. We will describe the jewelry pieces to thebest of our ability and knowledge at the time of listing and provide photos. If you know more about a piece we have listed or find ourdescription to be vague or inaccurate, please let us know! It is not our intention to misrepresent anything that we sell.

SHRINKAGEALLOWANCE FOR PREOWNED CLOTHING:Pre-owned clothing that is machinewashable or made of a fabric like 100% Cotton more likely than not has beenwashed and dried one or more times prior to our obtaining them.Andwe most often wash, dry, and/or freshen the garments one more time according to their care instructions to prepare themfor resale. Please be aware that some shrinkage may have occurred over timeduring these cleaning processes. Please refer tothe measurements and view all photos before purchasing. Ask questions ifneeded.

NONPAYMENT: Ifwe do not receive payment from you for an item(s) you agreed to purchase within4 calendar days from date you committed to purchase the item(s), your orderwill be automatically cancelled for Nonpayment and will record an UnpaidCancellation on your account. Buyers who have 2 or more unpaid cancellationswill not be able to purchase again from our store. Excessive Unpaidcancellations may also result in limits being imposed by other Sellers or by, and you may lose your buying privileges indefinitely. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY: If you makea purchase and then request to cancel the order for any reason, we will acceptthe order cancellation request if the item has not already been shipped. RETURNEDITEMS: All items must be returned in the samecondition you received them and as seen in listing photos (i.e., undamaged, tagsstill attached, no signs of use, wear, washing, modification, damage by youafter you received it, and ALL parts and accessories associated with the itemthat were included in the sale MUST also be returned in order for a full refundof the purchase price to be given. Once we receive the item back, we willinspect it and if all the above criteria are met and we deem the item is in resalablecondition, then we will process the refund promptly.

POSTAGEDUE RETURNS: If a package you returned to us is received PostageDue the postage amount we had to pay to receive the package will be deductedfrom the refund amount.

DAMAGEDRETURNS: If youreturn a package to us and some of the items are received damaged, we will proratethe refund equal to the purchase value of the damaged items. If the contents ofthe entire package is received broken, then no refund will be able to be given,so be sure to pack the box carefully and securely to lower the risk ofdamage during shipping to ensure a safe delivery back to us!

REFUNDPOLICY: If a refund is warranted, the amount of therefund will be for the purchase price of the item only. We do not refund the originalshipping cost because the money was already spent to ship the item to you unlesswe are required by to do so or otherwise discussed to resolve an issue.
