A pet project of legendary GM designer, Harley Earl, the stunning gold F-88 was crowned by many as the ultimate expression of automotive design from America’s automotive “Golden Age” of the 1950s. In 2005, the F-88 sold for $3 million at the Barrett-Jackson Collector Car sale in Scottsdale, Ariz., to renowned collector and Discovery Channel founder John Hendricks.In the background, completing the GM concept-car theme, are a white 1952 Chevrolet Corvette convertible concept and a sky blue Buick Le Sabre convertible concept, both stars of the Motorama show car circuit in the 1950s.Poster measures 25" x 34" (64cm x 87cm).
