From the climate controlled, smoke and pet free home of a collector. Great condition. Bright blue color - was not in sunlight. No chips or obvious blemishes. The piece was hand painted. Sturdy. Appears to be made of a poly resin. The glass shelf does not fit flush within the top notches on the shelf. The shelf has been on display for years and I never noticed this before (it had a few display items on the shelf as well). I have adjusted the price. It can be used with out without shelf. Will wrap and protect well for shipping.
