Heads are assembled with new stainless 2.02 swirl polished intake valves
Heads are assembled with new stainless 1.60 swirl polished exhaust valves
Heads are machined with new hardened exhaust seats for unleaded fuel
Heads are assembled with hardened valve keepers
Heads are assembled with new .500 Z-28 lift valve springs
Heads are assembled with new valve seals

CORE INFORMATION
We do REQUIRE your core cylinder head be returned to us. We accept cracked, warped, or damaged cores as your exchange. We make it easy for you to return your core as we provide you with a prepaid UPS shipping label. Just put your core head in the box that you received the rebuilt head in and attach the prepaid label. There is no cost to you to return the core. The transaction is not considered complete until we receive your core head. Your core cylinder head should be returned to us as complete as the rebuilt head you receive from us. Core must be returned within 30 days. WE DO NOT HAVE AN UPFRONT CORE CHARGE
Your cylinder heads DO NOT have to be the same casting number as the heads in this ad. ANY complete Small Block Chevy heads are acceptable as cores. If you have any questions on the cores please feel free to e-mail or call us.

Our quality workmanship allows us to give you a complete one year warranty on this cylinder head. This allows you to buy our product with complete confidence. A copy of the warranty will be enclosed with the cylinder head.
