For sale is an NOS 15\" wire wheel cover for the 1963, 1964 and 1965 Buick Riviera. Will also fit other Buick years and models with 15\" wheels. I purchased this NOS wheel cover as a spare for my 1963 Riviera and it was never mounted on a vehicle. You can still see the printing on the galvanized metal used on the rear of the cover. There is one flaw on the center cone. See last picture. It is not noticeable unless under very close scrutiny. This is not unusual for NOS parts. NOS does not mean mint, perfect, etc. It means that the part was new and never used. The center medallion is for the 1963 model year. The 1964 and 1965 model years used the Riviera \"R\". If you do not want the 1963 center medallion let me know, I will remove it before shipping and refund you $15.00 of the purchase price.
