This creepy place gives an entirely new meaning to the term "mystery meat". We have no idea what goes into their canned meat and we don't want to know. Outside employees are hard at work like the ghost at the grinder or the guys on the ladder hauling in who knows what. A cooler oozing blood indicates the quality of the product as does the cold storage freezer and a cow skull displayed out front. Yikes, turn down a sandwich made from the meat at this place!

Please note, we will only combine two very large Lemax buildings (16or 4 small or medium size buildings per shipping box due to the weight and size of the box. If a shipping box is larger than 24 cube, than the chance of the box being dropped drastically increases, causing porcelain buildings to break during shipping transit. The shipping price also increases drastically when the box is larger than 24 cube, which no longer makes combined shipping worth wild. However, you can add small items with the buildings, because they do not usually take up much room. For example, figurines, or a small table accent. Please send us an message if you have any questions about your purchase(s) pertaining to combine shipping or anything else and we will respond to your message within 24 hours or less.
All you need to do to have your items combined is to place your items that you would like to have shipped in one box in the shopping cart, then be sure to click on “Combined Shipping” before you pay. Next, purchase all the items together at one time. Now you will have only one shipping fee to pay.
30 Day Return(if you are not satisfied with your purchase). Product must be returned undamaged, unused, in original undamaged box, with all new accessory pieces, including adaptor, or the same new light and cord (if any are applicable) in undamaged original styrofoam with strap, and same new undamaged shipping box and material) or a partial refund will be given.

All Lemax products are now inspected through our Quality Control Department, including photos taken of product before it is shipped to prevent buyer dissatisfaction and returns from defective products.
All products shipped, which arebrand new are in mint working order without damage or missing parts (such as original adaptors, and accessories, (such as flags or signs when applicable). Some electronic parts cannot be pre-tested.
All used itemsarestated in the listing, the condition of the building and any missing parts or changes made. For example, a white 4.5V DC adaptor versusthe original 4.5V DC Adaptor in black.
IMPORTANT
Please be careful taking your item out of the original box and styrofoam container, and foam placed around delicate parts when applicable, so it does not get broken or dropped. I would suggest removing items carefully on top of a soft surface, such as a bed. Please pay particular attention to loose small plastic bags in the styrofoam container, or adaptors in the outside styrofoam compartment, which can fall out when the building is being removed from the container, and get lost or broken on the floor.
Shipping fees are based on size, weight, and zip code, along with the type of shipping service.All purchases will be shipped the day after payment is made unless item is purchased on Friday, Saturday, or on a Holiday, than item will be shipped the next business day. Buyer will normally receive package in two to five business days unless buyer requests delivery sooner or requests a different type of shipping service.
