Any questions regarding alternate forms must be made in advance of purchase. Payment must be recieved within 3 days of purchase unless prior arrangements are made. Regardless of the fact that no one agrees with s requirements to use only Paypal, we try to do as we were told. Shipping We will ship most of our packages by USPS. Larger packages may be shipped by UPS or Fed Ex. Shipping insurance is required on some items as well as signature confirmation. That is to protect us both. Should you have an issue with shipping please contact us immediately. It is our policy to charge only the actual shipping cost. We do not \"fluff\" shipping cost to compensate for the cost of the item. Handling charges are as low as possible to cover packaging materials.
