This is a used, HONDA EXPRESS SR front wheel and tire. It was removed from a bike that had 1091 original miles on it and had not been run for some time. I wiped the wheel up a little. It can be cleaned better. I feel it is in great shape for being 30 years old. I would give it at least an 9.0 out of 10 in shape. The tireis cracked some - so I would not recommend using it. The tire should be replaced - but you make that call. It is a Bridgestone.
