Our Radiator is made of AA5052 aircraft aluminum. AA5052 Aluminum is an Al-Mg alloy with good corrosion resistance,excellent reliability and cold workability and strength. The main alloyingelement of AA5052 is magnesium, which has good forming and processingproperties. It is widely used in the manufacture of aircraft fuel tanks, oilpipes, and sheet metal parts of transportation vehicles and ships, hardwareproducts, and electrical-appliance casings.
This AA5052 AluminumRadiator is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency to prevent prematureengine failure. Its light-weight, and high-heat transferring aluminum featuresa tube and fin design that, dramatically increases surface area that enablesthe heat to dissipate more efficiently. This AA5052 AluminumRadiator is at least 30%-45% more efficient than stock ones. Most importantly,it has a much higher capacity for coolant than stock ones, which means thatyour cooling system will be more efficient and will be more resistant totemperature surges in racing applications.

AA5052 Aluminum Shroud and Fans:
The New Design fan and the AA5052 fan shroud effectively drive the heat overand out the engine compartment rather than thrusting it into the front of theengine. The fan shroud basically houses the fan blades securing it in place andkeeping it from damaging the other engine components that may disturb thesmooth and even operation of the engine. With excellent operating temperaturemanagement, allowable levels of engine temperature are stabilized. Investing inproper maintenance though will considerably benefit the ride and drivingquality in maintaining the ideal working conditions of the engine.
