On the cap, it has....
“ADD ENGINE COOLANT ONLY”

Similar to the one in the pictures.
We think the cap is Unused, but we are not positive.
The cap is in excellent condition.
But it is a little scuffed / dinged up.

We purchased a quantity of electron tubes at a yard sale recently.
We had them checked out and put them in 4 catagories.
Unused
Used, but still working
Used and not working.
Unable to check. (Our tester did not have the proper equipment to test the tube.)
Some of the tubes were in boxes that were not the correct box.
We plan to ship the tubes in the small flat rate priority mail boxes.
There should be less chance of breakage that way!
Please be aware that our shipping and handling fees reflect not only the cost of shipping your purchase to you.
But also the cost of packaging materials, our time and most importantly, our time hand delivering each package to the US Post Office.
There is NO mail delivery or pick-up in our community, with the cost of fuel, we feel our shipping and handling costs are extremely fair!
