Product Return to anAutoZone store
To return a product to an AutoZone store, simply take theproduct, in its original packaging and/or box, and your receipt to the store ofyour choice. You must drain all fluids, if any, from the product beforereturning it.* Also, if possible, take the credit card used to purchase thepart and the store will credit it for the price of the part. All returns to anAutoZone store are subject to the in-store return policy.
You will be reimbursed for shipping costs only if AutoZonestore made a shipping error or if the product was defective when shippedfrom AutoZone store\'s Fulfillment Center

To return a product to AutoZone store, first drain allfluids, if any, from the product.* Then fill out the Return Form (Section B ofyour shipping invoice) and include it with the product in its originalpackaging and/or box.
If you are shipping from the United States and if either (i)AutoZone store made a shipping error or (ii) the product was defectivewhen shipped from AutoZone store\'s Fulfillment Center, contact AutoZoneCustomer Support to request a return shipping label. Upon receipt of the shippinglabel, re-package the item(s) and attach the shipping label to the packagingfor shipment back to the AutoZone Fulfillment Center.
If you are shipping from overseas or a U.S. Territory and if(i) AutoZone store made a shipping error or (ii) the product was defectivewhen shipped from AutoZone store\'s Fulfillment Center, ship items back toAutoZone\'s Fulfillment Center using the most economical means available.Include with your package, a copy of the receipt for your shipping charges. Uponreceiving your returned item(s), AutoZone will process your return andreimburse you for your return shipping charges by issuing a check for theshipping dollar amount as it appears on the carrier pre-printed label andreceipt.
Otherwise, AutoZone recommends using a carrier that providespackage tracking to ensure your product gets back to AutoZone store safelyand quickly. Your credit card will be credited for the full price of theproduct.

Core return to anAutoZone store
To return your product core to an AutoZone store, simplytake the core and your receipt to any AutoZone store. You must drain allfluids, if any, out of the part before returning it.* If you have the box inwhich the new product was shipped, please use it to return the core. If youtake the credit card used to purchase the new product, the store will credityour credit card for the value of the returned core.

Core return to AutoZone store\'s Fulfillment Center Toreturn your product core to AutoZone store\'s Fulfillment Center forcredit, first drain all fluids, if any, from the product.* Then fill out theReturn Form (Section B of your shipping invoice) and include it with theproduct in the box in which your order was sent. How to return a product purchased at an AutoZone Store: Toreturn a product to an AutoZone store, return an item in its original conditionand packaging, with receipt, within 90 days of the purchase date to request arefund. Return a defective item within the warranty period. Requests forrefunds may be denied if the item has been used or installed.
AutoZone reserves the right to require a validgovernment-issued photo ID for all returns that will be recorded at the time ofthe return. Information from you ID will be retained in a company-wide databaseof customer return activity that AutoZone accepts the following IDs forreturns: U.S. or Canadian Driver\'s License, U.S. State ID, Canadian ProvinceID, U.S. Military ID, Mexican Voter Registration Card, Passport, U.S. LaserVisa.
