From Department 56\'s Alpine Village collection. This entire village was recently discontinued by Department 56 in 2021. Due to the relatively small number of buildings and accessories when compared to the other core villages and due to the short length of time between initial production and retirement during the life of the village, the value of this village\'s buildings and accessories is predicted to increase significantly. Many pieces have already appreciated greatly in value.

** We recently received almost the entire Christmas in the City, Alpine Village, North Pole, Disney Parks Village series and other Dept 56 villages from a former dealer and serious collector who took great pride in her collection. In order to list as many pieces as quickly as possible, we may just show the box/sleeve in the photos. We absolutely promise that all buildings and accessories list are in perfect, working condition with all separate attachments included. For serious buyers, we are more than happy to take pictures of the individual items prior to shipment at the buyer\'s direction.

Dealerdisplay shown to potential customers in a glass-enclosed cabinet. Nohandling allowed. Then stored in a climate-controlled, smoke-freestockroom. No chips, cracks, or other deficits noted. Box andsleeve with expected shelf wear given the age of this item EXCEPT for tearing off of 1\" of the top of the front sleeve cover. See photo.

The majority of our items are listed on consignment. These collectibles are owned by various collectors and former Department 56 retail shop owners. Unless the \"Make An Offer\" option is included in the listing, sellers is NOT interested in considering offers on their items.

Our packing team places each collectible box under UV light for 10 minutes per exposed surface, which has been shown to eradicate \"germs\" on the surface. Specific virus names cannot be listed here per policy (apparently); however, you know which one we are targeting. Shippers, masked and gloved, thenplace your purchase into the final shipping box. This process does not harm your collectible nor change the printing on the box.
