A stunning 19th C. jacquard, dated in one corner to 1851, in navy blue and cream with a sunburst and 8-pointed star pattern. It has an architectural print border at the sides and a floral border at the bottom edge. It is seamed in the center, consistent with similar jacquards from this era woven on smaller looms, andis reversible (see photos). It would fit a double or queen bed - the photos were taken on a queen.

The condition is very good for a piece of this age.We note an opening in the center seam, significant fraying at the top edge and the bottom fringe is uneven. There are some age spots (see photos).
