Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage the cover and centerfold are detached it is missing the back cover(but is otherwise complete and readable so you can't beat the price) the cover is flaking around the edges it's a bit dirty Dusty and musty as to be expected from an issue that's 80 years old and other defects. I would call it around a 0.5 pr out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
