Up for sale is this pair of 2006-2019 state-issued West Virginia State Police license plates. These are made of pressed aluminum, with the official holograms on the front. The front plate is flat, the numbered back plate has pressed numerals. Both are in near mint condition, the front plate still having the govt issue envelope.
License plates are over 3 years old, obsolete, expired, and for collector/display purposes only per policy.I do not mess around:) these are authentic, state issued license plates.
